The website logistechglobal.com has conducted activities and operated by Logistech Global Company Limited Vietnam and all its subsidiaries. Products and services involved in transactions on the website logistechglobal.com often meet entirely with the requirements of the existing laws, not in the case of a business ban, the restriction of advertising in accordance with applicable law. Trade operations on the logistechglobal.com website are often made public and transparent, ensuring the interests of customers. All the contents of this Regulation comply with the existing legal law system in Vietnam.

2. General regulations


Website Domain Name: Website logistechglobal.com developed by Logistech Global Company Limited Vietnam and all its subsidiaries with the website domain name: www.logistechglobal.com commits to comply with the general regulations on e-commerce under Decree 52/2013 / ND-CP. Particularly:
1. Comply with government programs and information on e-commerce management and e-commerce development
2. Do not perform the following acts:

2.1 Violations of e-commerce business activities:


a) Organizing a marketing and business network for e-commerce services, in which each participant must pay an initial amount to buy the service and receive commissions, bonuses, or miscellaneous economic benefits from mobilizing others to join the network;
b) Taking advantage of e-commerce to deal in counterfeit goods; goods or services infringing intellectual p roperty rights; goods and servic e s on the list of goods and services banned from business;
c) Taking advantage of the name of e-commerce business to illegally mobilize capital from other traders, o rganizations or individuals;
d) Providing e-commerce services or monitoring, evaluating and authenticating services in e-commerce when not registered or licensed under the provisions of this Decree;
e) Providing e-commerce services or monitoring, evaluating, and authenticating services in e-commerce that are contrary to the information provided in the applications for registration or licensing;
f) Committing frauds or providing false information when performing the procedures for notification of set-up of e-commerce websites, registration of websites providing e-commerce services, registration or licensing monitoring, evaluating, and authenticating services in e-commerce.

2.2 Violations of information on e-commerce website:


a) Forging registered information or failing to comply with the regulations on the form and specifications of publishing registration information on the e-commerce website;
b) Using the image of e-commer c e website rating programs when having not been recognized by these programs;
c) Using links, logos, or other technologies on e-commerce websites to cause confusion about the r elationship with other traders, organizations, or individuals; d) Using links to provide contradictory or misleading information compared to the information published in the area where the website has this link attached.

2.3 Violations of transactions on e-commerce website: 
a) Committing acts of defrauding customers on e-commerce websites;


b) Forging information of other traders, organizations, or individuals to participate in e-commerce activities;
c) Interfering with the operating sy s t e m and Internet browser at electronic devices accessing the website in order to force customers to save the website against their will.

2.4 Other violations:


a) Stealing, using, leaking, transfering, or selling information related to business secrets of other traders, organizations or individuals, or consumers' personal information in e-commerce without the consent of the related parties, unless otherwise provided by law;
b) Forging or copying interfaces of e-commerce websites of other traders, organizations or individuals for profit or to cause confusion or loss of customers' trust with those traders, organizations or individuals.

Regulations and Forms of Payment


1. The fee for using the software package: The fee for the use of the software package is calculated according to the package; Software service fees are calculated on a monthly basis and are detailed in the Software Service Contract between Logistech Global Proprietary Limited Australia (and all its subsidiaries) and the Client.
2. Payment method:
Option 1: Pay by cash directly
Option 2: Payment by bank transfer. Customers can pay by bank transfer or cash in accordance with the Software Service Contract signed between Logistech Global Company Limited Vietnam (and all its subsidiaries) and the Customer. For customers who purchase goods from logistechglobal.com, they must comply with the company's payment policy.

Delivery and Installation Proce s s


Step 1: Select the product and view the detailed price of that product, if you agree to order, you click the button "Request Consultation".
Step 2: Please fill in the following information: Company name, contact name, contact email, contact phone number,…. Then click the "Submit" button.
Step 3: After receiving the customer's o r der, logistechglobal.com will confirm the order by contacting the customer according to the email information and phone number submitted.
Step 4: Logistech Global Company Limited Vietnam and all its subsidiaries signs a contract to provide software services and collect service fees. Based on the provisions of the Contract signed between the two parties, Logistech Global Company Limited Vietnam will design according to the requirements of the Customer. Logistech Global Company Limited Vietnam will send the demo to the Customer via electronic communications such as: email, skype, facebook, zalo... If the customer agrees with the demo template, Logistech Global Company Limited Vietnam will hand over to Customers

Purchase products from logistechglobal.com - When receiving an order from buyer logistechglobal.com will re-authenticate that order as soon as possible. - In case of a delay in service provision, Logistech Global Company Limited Vietnam and all its subsidiaries will promptly inform the customer and provide an opportunity for the customer to cancel the contract if needed.

Return and Refund Policy


Case 1 - In the case of the Customer's fault resulting in the Contract of providing software services signed between the two Parties being liquidated or terminated before the deadline, Logistech Global Company Limited Vietnam and all its subsidiaries will not refund the fee for using software to customers.
Case 2 - In the case of fault of Logistech Global Company Limited Vietnam and all its subsidiaries that leads to the software service contract signed between the two signed parties to be liquidated or terminated before the deadline, Logistech Global Company Limited Vietnam and all its subsidiaries agrees to refund the fee for using the software paid but unused to the Customer.

- Form Refund: Refunds in cash or bank transfer (Depending on the provisions in the contract between Logistech Global Company Limited Vietnam (and all its subsidiaries) and the Customer).

Complaint Resolution and Support Process


Logistechglobal.com is responsible for receiving complaints and assisting buyers relating to transactions at logistechglobal.com website.

logistechglobal.com respects and strictly observes the provisions of the law on the protection of the interests of buyers (customers). If through the form of agreement, it is still not possible to resolve the conflict arising from the transaction between the two parties of buyers and logistechglobal.com, one of the buyers and logistechglobal.com will have the right to seek legal assistance. Competent to intervene to ensure the legitimate interests of the parties, especially for customers.

Third Party Services


1. Logistech may from time to time recommend, provide you with access to, or enable third party software, applications (“Apps”), products, services or website links (collectively, “Third Party Services”) for your consideration or use. Such Third Party Services are made available only as a convenience, and your purchase, access or use of any such Third Party Services is solely between you and the applicable third party services provider (“Third Party Provider”). In addition to these Terms of Service, you also agree to be bound by the additional service-specific terms applicable to services you purchase from, or that are provided by, Third Party Providers.

2. Any use by you of Third Party Services offered thro ugh the Services or Logistech’s website is entirely at your own risk and discretion, and it is your responsibility to read the terms and conditions and/or privacy policies applicable to such Third Party Services before using them. In some instances , Logistech may receive a revenue share from Third Party Provid e rs that Logistech recommends to you or that you otherwise engage through your use of the Services or Logiste ch’s website.

3. We do not provide any warranties or make representations to you with respect to Third Party Services. You acknowledge that Logistech has no control over Third Party Services and shall not be responsible or liabl e to you or anyone else for such Third Party Services. The availability of Third Party Services on Logistech’s websites, or the integration or enabling of such Third Party Services with the Services does not constitute or imply an endorsement, authorization, sponsorship, or affiliation by or with Logistech. Logistech does not guarantee the availability of Third Party Services and you acknowledge that Logistech may disable access to any Third Party Services at any time in its sole discretion and without notice to you. Logistech is not responsible or liable to anyone for discontinuation or suspension of access to, or disablement of, any Third Party Service. Logistech strongly recommends that you seek specialist advice before using or relying on Third Party Services, to ensure they will meet your needs. In particular, tax calculators should be used for reference only and not as a substitute for independent tax advice, when assessing the correct tax rates you should charge to your customers.

4. I f you install or enable a Third Party Service for use with the Services, you grant us permission to allow the applicable Third Party Provider to access your data and other Materials and to take any other action s as required for the interoperation of the Third Party Service with the Services, and any exchange of data or other Materials or other interaction between you and the Third Party Provider is solely between yo u and such Third Party Provider. Logistech is not responsible for any disclosure, modification or deletion of your data or other Materials, or for any corresponding losses or damages you may suffer, as a result of acc ess by a Third Party Service or a Third Party Provider to your data or other Materials.

5. The relationship between you and any Third Party Provider is strictly between you and such Third Party Provider, and Logistech is not obligated to intervene in any dispute arising between you and a Third Party Provider.

6. Under no circumstances shall Logistech be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, extraordinary, exemplary or other damages whatsoever, that result from any Third Party Services or your contractual relationship with any Third Party Provider. These limitations shall apply even if Logistech has been advised of the possibility of such damages. The foregoing limitations shall apply to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

7. You agree to indemnify and hold us and (as applicable) our parent, subsidi a ries, affiliates, Logistech partners, officers, directors, agents, employees, and suppliers harmless from an y claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of your use of a Third Party Service or your relationship with a Third Party Provider.

8. Should you require training or support for features or issues arising related to the Third Party's software, the same should be addressed to the Third Party Provider. Logistech is not in position to train or support you for softwares that are provided by Third Party Providers.

9. Beta Services: From time to time, Logistech may, in its sole discretion, invite you to use, on a trial basis, pre-release or beta features that are in development and not yet available to all merchants (“Beta Services”). Beta Services may be subject to additional terms and conditions, which Logistech will provide to you prior to your use of the Beta Services. Such Beta Services and all associated conversations and materials relating thereto will be considered Logistech Confidential Information and subject to the confidentiality provisions in this agreement. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, you agree that you will not make any public statements or otherwise disclose your participation in the Beta Services without Logistech’s prior written consent. Logistech makes no representations or warranties that the Beta Services will function. Logistech may discontinue the Beta Services at any time in its sole discretion. Logistech will have no liability for any harm or damage arising out of or in connection with a Beta Service. The Beta Services may not work in the same way as a final version. Logistech may change or not release a final or commercial version of a Beta Service in our sole discretion.
